Ingredients:

  • 300ml of almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 100g of frozen blueberries

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 100g of yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • 1 scoop of collagen

  • optional - 2 florets of cauliflower
