Indulge in a refreshing Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie bursting with antioxidants. Blending almond milk, a frozen banana, vibrant blueberries, protein powder, creamy yogurt, and a spoonful of almond butter, it's a lusciously nutritious treat.

Ingredients:
300ml of almond milk
1 frozen banana
100g of frozen blueberries
1 scoop of protein powder
100g of yogurt
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 scoop of collagen
optional - 2 florets of cauliflower
