Bounty Bar Slice

I love a bounty bar who doesn't? but these bounty slices are even easier to make. You only need 5 mins to make them then pop them in the freezer to harden and you have your snacks/puddings ready for the week. 


Ingredients:

  • 240 g desiccated coconut

  • 200 g coconut cream

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 200g of dark chocolate

  • sea salt 

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate.

  2. In another bowl with the coconut and coconut cream with the maple.

  3. Pour into a lined small baking tray and squash down so it is 1 inch high.

  4. Pour over the chocolate and sprinkle with salt.

  5. Freeze for 1 hour then cut into squares and store in the fridge.

  6. These will last 2 week sin the fridge.
