Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

I love these cookies. They are so tasty and you can't believe that they are protein packed. Perfect post dinner or as a snack at 4pm. You can switch up the choc chips for raisins or white chocolate. Make them your own! Bake up a batch for the week ahead!
Ingredients:
100g of butter or coconut oil, melted
150g of maple or honey
100g of peanut butter
1 large egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
100g of ground almonds
50g of oats
3 scoops of protein powder (3 heaped tbsp)
1 pinch of salt
70g of dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 170C.
Pop everything apart from the chocolate in a bowl.
Mix well then divide into 9 balls.
Flatten on a lined baking tray.
Add the chocolate and bake for 12 mins in the oven until bronzed.
