Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

I love these chocolate sweet treats. Low in sugar and full of flavour. They are the perfect pudding!


  • 200g 70% dark chocolate

  • Sea salt

Peanut butter filling

  • 6 tbsp peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp of ground almonds

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup


  1. Melt the chocolate on a low heat

  2. Mix the peanut butter filling in another bowl

  3. Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Coat 9 with 2 tsp of melted chocolate. Pop in the freezer for 20 mins.

  4. Divide the peanut butter mixture into 9 and pop on top of the hardened chocolate squish down then add 2 more tsp of the melted chocolate on top.

  5. Add sea salt and pop in the freezer for 30 mins to harden then store in the fridge.
