Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

I love these chocolate sweet treats. Low in sugar and full of flavour. They are the perfect pudding!
Ingredients:
200g 70% dark chocolate
Sea salt
Peanut butter filling
6 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp of ground almonds
2 tbsp of maple syrup
Method:
Melt the chocolate on a low heat
Mix the peanut butter filling in another bowl
Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners. Coat 9 with 2 tsp of melted chocolate. Pop in the freezer for 20 mins.
Divide the peanut butter mixture into 9 and pop on top of the hardened chocolate squish down then add 2 more tsp of the melted chocolate on top.
Add sea salt and pop in the freezer for 30 mins to harden then store in the fridge.
