Chocolate Protein Porridge

I love this porridge recipes. Packed full of protein to keep you full for the day plus it tastes like dessert!
Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
300ml of almond milk or other milk of choice
2 tbsp of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavour)
100g Greek yogurt
100g mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
Method:
In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and almond milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the oats are cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
While the oats are still warm, stir in the protein powder until well combined. This will add extra protein to your breakfast bowl.
In a serving bowl, layer the Greek yogurt.
Pour the warm protein oats mixture over the yogurt.
Top the bowl with mixed berries, extra milk and any additional toppings you like, such as sliced almonds or chia seeds.
