Ingredients:
4 bananas (ripe)
4 eggs
100g of maple or sugar
100g of butter or coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
100g of ground almonds
150g of rolled oats
50g of walnuts
Toppings:
Walnuts and faked almonds
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Pop all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
Line a baking tin with baking paper, add the mixture and top with nuts. Bake in the oven for 40 mins.
Take out and leave to cool then slice up.
This lasts 5 days in an airtight container or you can freeze and toast also.
