When you want and easy quick snack with lots of protein this is a go to!

Ingredients:

  • 170g of cottage cheese

  • 6 crackers

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • sea salt

  • chilli flakes

Method:

  1. Plate the cottage cheese top with salt, chilli and sesame

  2. Serve with crackers
