Date and Almond Balls

So easy to make on your prep day then store in the fridge for a snack each day of the week!

Ingredients:

  • 100G Pitted Dates

  • 60G Flaked Almonds

  • 1⁄2 TSP. Cinnamon

  • 1 TSP. Coconut Oil

  • Flaky Sea Salt

Method:

  1. Place almonds in the food processor and blend well until broken down

  2. Add the dates, cinnamon, coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt

  3. Blend until smooth like toffee. Roll into 7 balls and refrigerate in an airtight container
