So easy to make on your prep day then store in the fridge for a snack each day of the week!
Ingredients:
100G Pitted Dates
60G Flaked Almonds
1⁄2 TSP. Cinnamon
1 TSP. Coconut Oil
Flaky Sea Salt
Method:
Place almonds in the food processor and blend well until broken down
Add the dates, cinnamon, coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth like toffee. Roll into 7 balls and refrigerate in an airtight container
