Ginger Coconut Protein Smoothie

I love this delicious smoothie it feels like a pudding but it is packed full of protein. Combining the collagen and protein powder bumps this smoothies protein up to 40g. Prep it in the freezer or enjoy it fresh!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 mango, chopped

  • 1 thumb of ginger

  • 1/4 courgette, sliced

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 1 scoop of collagen powder

  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter

  • 300ml of plant milk

Method:

  1. Blend everything together until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious antioxidant packed smoothie.
