A quick snack recipe with over 20g of protein to keep you fuller for longer. Great when you have leftover chicken. This can work with any veggie crudites.
Ingredients:
100g of leftover chicken
1 carrot
1 tsp of sesame seeds
salt
Method:
chop up the carrots into crudités
plate with chicken, salt and sesame seeds
