Leftover Chicken and Crudités

20g + Protein

A quick snack recipe with over 20g of protein to keep you fuller for longer. Great when you have leftover chicken. This can work with any veggie crudites. 


Ingredients:

  • 100g of leftover chicken

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds

  • salt

Method:

  1. chop up the carrots into crudités

  2. plate with chicken, salt and sesame seeds
