Ingredients:
50g of oats
300ml of almond milk
1 tbsp of almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp of chia seeds
100g of yogurt
100g of berries frozen or fresh
Method:
The night before, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate
