Ingredients:

  • 50g of oats

  • 300ml of almond milk

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 100g of yogurt

  • 100g of berries frozen or fresh

Method:

  1. The night before, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate

  2. Remove from fridge and enjoy
