Peanut Protein Energy Balls

These are super easy just pop everything into a bowl and roll. They are simple and protein packed. Great post gym or when you need a pick me up!

Ingredients:

  • 50 of oats

  • 50g of ground almonds

  • 150g of peanut butter

  • 4 tbsp of protein powder

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp of water

  • 3 tbsp of maple

Method:

  1. pop everything into a bowl and mix well. Roll into 14 balls and store in the fridge.
