These are super easy just pop everything into a bowl and roll. They are simple and protein packed. Great post gym or when you need a pick me up!
Ingredients:
50 of oats
50g of ground almonds
150g of peanut butter
4 tbsp of protein powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of water
3 tbsp of maple
Method:
pop everything into a bowl and mix well. Roll into 14 balls and store in the fridge.
