These power balls will give your beautiful body an energy boost. Loaded with protein powder, nuts and seeds - and sweetened with a touch of antioxidant-rich honey, these balls are the perfect snack to get you up and going.
Ingredients:
100g almonds
50g of oats
2 tbsp of protein powder
50g of hemp seeds
100g of almond butter
3 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Method:
Place everything into a food processor.
Process for 2 minutes until fully combined.
Roll into balls (8-10) and place into an airtight container and allow to harden in the fridge.
Store in the fridge, these will keep for 1-2 weeks.
