When you buy your yogurt aim for one with 8-10g of protein per 100g. Usually greek or thicker yogurts have this high protein in them. Having over 30g of protein will keep you fuller for the rest of the day and stop you getting those sugar crashes, yay!
Ingredients:
300g of yogurt
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp of flax seed
1 tbsp of almonds
150g of berries
Method:
Pop everything into a bowl and dig in
Add a little honey or cinnamon if you need
