Raw Chocolate Energy Balls

These are a classic - whizz them up on a Sunday and snack happily all week long. I like to add a little salt to bring out the chocolaty taste and the desiccated coconut gives a tropical feel to these mind-blowing snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 100g hazelnuts

  • 100g desiccated coconut

  • 100g fresh dates

  • 50g raw cacao

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • tiny pinch salt

Method:

  1. Place everything into a food processor.

  2. Process for 2 minutes until fully combined.

  3. Roll into balls (10-12) and place into an airtight container and allow to harden in the fridge.

  4. Store in the fridge, these will keep for 1-2 weeks.
