Apple Bircher Muesli

I love pre-making a bircher muesli and taking it on the go with me in the morning. If I’ve got a quick turnaround in the morning I’ll prepare a bircher with oats, almond milk and apples, and leave it in the fridge overnight to soak. It always gets me springing out of bed and fuelled for the day ahead. I love how creamy and fruity a bircher muesli is and it certainly helps that it's so easy to make!


Ingredients:

  • 150g of porridge oats

  • 300ml of apple juice

  • 100ml of oat milk

  • 1 apple, grated

  • 1 handful of raisins

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge. You can keep it for 3-4 days and help yourself throughout the week. Mix it up and serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
