Berry Chia Pudding

Enjoy a healthy and satisfying dessert with this berry chia pudding. Bursting with juicy berries and creamy chia seeds, this pudding is a great way to pack in omegas!

Ingredients:

  • 500ML RICE MILK

  • 200G FROZEN BERRIES

  • 8 TBSP. CHIA SEEDS

  • 2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Give it a stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes or until the chia seeds swell up

  3. Divide into 4 jam jars or small pots/containers and refrigerate
