Berry Chia Pudding
Serves 4
Enjoy a healthy and satisfying dessert with this berry chia pudding. Bursting with juicy berries and creamy chia seeds, this pudding is a great way to pack in omegas!
Ingredients:
500ML RICE MILK
200G FROZEN BERRIES
8 TBSP. CHIA SEEDS
2 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Give it a stir every 5 minutes for 15 minutes or until the chia seeds swell up
Divide into 4 jam jars or small pots/containers and refrigerate
