Chickpea and Kale Stew

Indulge in a hearty and wholesome stew packed with protein and nutrients. Chickpeas and kale simmered in a flavorful broth create a satisfying dish that's both comforting and nutritious.
Ingredients:
1 400G-CAN OF CHICKPEAS
1 400G-CAN OF TOMATOES
100G KALE 1 WHITE ONION
1⁄2 FRESH RED CHILLI
2 GARLIC CLOVES
2 TBSP. FRESH GRATED GINGER
1 TBSP. AVOCADO OIL
1 TSP. GROUND CUMIN
2 TSP. GROUND CORIANDER
1 TSP. GARAM MASALA
1 PINCH CHILLI FLAKES
MALDON SEA SALT AND FRESH PEPPER
Method:
Finely dice the onion and fresh red chilli
Dry fry the cumin and coriander in a large pot for 30 seconds
Add the avocado oil and onion
Sauté for 5 minutes
Crush the garlic and throw it in with the ginger and some cracked pepper, stir for a minute
Add the tomatoes, kale and chickpeas
Add the chilli and garam masala
Cook for 30 minutes, constantly stirring. Serve hot and season to taste
