Matcha is a total superfood, it gives you that kick of caffeine without the crash. It's quite powerful stuff, so here I've mixed it with dates, cinnamon and coconut to make it super-enjoyable.
Ingredients:
100g cashew nuts
150g pumpkin seeds
tiny pinch salt
1 tbsp of matcha powder
200g Medjool dates
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
Place all the ingredients into the food processor.
Process for 2 minutes then roll into balls roughly 10-12.
Pop in the fridge to harden.
Then store in the fridge. These will last 1-2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
