Over the next 10 days, you’ll focus on building physical strength and inner resilience through powerful, protein-rich meals, effective movement, and grounding mindfulness. It’s about more than just muscle — it’s about fuelling your body, strengthening your mindset, and showing up for yourself.
Each day includes:

🧘♀️ Short, empowering meditations — to strengthen your inner calm and focus
Alongside the plan, aim for:
✨ 8,000–10,000 steps a day (movement outside counts too)
💧 2–3 litres of water to support recovery and hydration
😴 7–9 hours of quality sleep to repair and recharge
