Chocolate and Banana High Protein Smoothie

I love this delicious smoothie it feels like a pudding but it is packed full of protein. Combining the collagen and protein powder bumps this smoothies protein up to 40g. Prep it in the freezer or enjoy it fresh!

Ingredients:

  • 300ml of almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp of coco powder

  • 1 scoop of collagen

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein

Method:

  1. Blend everything together until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious smoothie.

  2. If you are prepping this recipe in advance then add all ingredients apart from the milk into a container and freeze until you are ready to use.
