Overnight Raspberry Chia Oats

Start your day with a nutritious and satisfying breakfast by preparing these overnight oats with raspberry chia jam. Combining oats, flax seeds, and a touch of maple syrup with creamy plant milk, this easy-to-make recipe is perfect for busy mornings. The addition of cinnamon adds a hint of warmth, while the optional protein powder boosts your energy for the day ahead. The homemade raspberry chia jam, bursting with fresh raspberries, offers a naturally sweet and tangy twist, perfectly complemented by a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt. This wholesome breakfast will keep you full and fueled all morning long.

Ingredients:

  • 150g of oats

  • 3 tbsp of flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp of maple

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

  • 400ml of plant milk

  • optional 1-2 scoopa of protein powder


Raspberry chia jam


  • 400g of raspberries

  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds

300g of greek yogurt 

Method:

  1. The night before mix the oats, flax, cinnamon, protein powder, milk and maple together. Leave to the side.

  2. in another bowl, mash the raspberries with the chia seeds so it forms a jam.

  3. Allow both to sit for 15 mins then grab 3 jars and layer the oats and raspberry jam.

  4. Top with yogurt and pop in the fridge.
