Roasted Smoked Paprika Butterbeans
Serves 3-4
These smoky butterbeans are the perfect way to up your fibre intake. They are a great savoury snack to keep you going throughout the day. You can swap butterbeans out for chickpeas or kidney beans.
Ingredients:
1 can of butterbeans
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1 large pinch of salt
ground pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Rinse and drain the butterbeans.
Pop in a roasting tray with the oil, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Mix well then roast for 20 mins.
