Roasted Smoked Paprika Butterbeans

These smoky butterbeans are the perfect way to up your fibre intake. They are a great savoury snack to keep you going throughout the day. You can swap butterbeans out for chickpeas or kidney beans. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of butterbeans

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

  • 1 large pinch of salt

  • ground pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Rinse and drain the butterbeans.

  3. Pop in a roasting tray with the oil, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Mix well then roast for 20 mins.
