Chocolate Protein Porridge

Indulge in a delicious and nutritious breakfast with this warming Chocolate Protein Porridge. With 35g Protein it's a great way to start your day and the chocolate flavour will make you want to make this time and time again.
Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (around 5g)
1 scoop protein powder (approx. 20-25g, depending on brand and type)
250ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
100g frozen cherries
50g fresh raspberries
150g plain Greek yogurt
Method:
Cook the Oats:
In a small saucepan, combine the 50g oats, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and 200ml almond milk.
Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the oats are soft and the porridge reaches your desired consistency (around 3-5 minutes).
Add Protein:
Once the porridge is cooked, remove it from the heat and stir in your protein powder. Mix thoroughly until the protein is completely blended into the oats.
Microwave the Cherries:
Place the 100g frozen cherries in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30-60 seconds until heated through. You can add a splash of water if you want them a little saucy.
Assemble the Bowl:
Spoon the chocolate porridge into a bowl.
Top with microwaved cherries, fresh raspberries, and a generous dollop of 150g Greek yogurt.
Drizzle with 1 tsp maple syrup for sweetness, if desired.
